I paid my bill last year and they keep billing me. I've left voicemails but no response. But, they manage to update my address through the past two moves so they can continue to bill me! They are awful!!

My husband and I had a very nice visit with Heidi at the Vernon office when picking up a c-pap machine. She was so thoughtful, took her time explaining the workings of the machine in language we could easily understand and was just plain excellent.

I rate this company.beyond horrible in customer service and follow through!!!...I will say only reason I kept trying to use them is because Maureen in their office in milford was excellent person. kind highly intelligent courteous etc...but I NEVER got regularly scheduled supplies as promised I.gave my.information time and time again. the csr promised this would be done and after 5 x ..I gave up..never received!! when u call the 800 or 860..you neverb get the correct person...calls get transfered!!,very frustrating the five or so.times I.really needed to get in touch. I gave up!!

Do not expect to speak to a person when you call in, they let all calls go into their Voicemail. and then the call back is hours later. And if you need to come back into their office---expect several days before they will see you again. And if you are trying to settle on the correct piece of Durable equipment suitable for you---be prepared to make up your mind on the first couple they show you, because they will not be happy if you deplete their supply , and will tell you to keep trying the ones that did not work, because they do not wish to give you anymore. I ended up buying the one that worked out of my pocket from online. And do not expect to have the same person wait on you on follow ups, you will get a different person each time and start all over again.
