Dirty.

While the staff was attentive, friendly and professional, the emergency room lacked cleanliness in the most essential ways! I was put in a room in the C hallway with no window save one with blinds outside the room that could not be opened. There were items and blood not belonging to myself on the floor which I feel was a hazard to myself as I found myself in flip flops! If I needed help again I would certainly not hesitate to go to Rockville, but I strongly recommend that they look into a cleaner facility. Blood on the floor!? Terrifying.
