In early October (2011), I sent this company 2 emails requesting informatin about a computer the company had listed on the web. Both emails were promptly answered with automated emails saying the company had received my inquiry & would get back shortly. Two weeks later, I still have not received an answer to my inquiry. Today, I wrote a 3rd email to the company advising "them" that this lack of customer service means I won't be doing any business with them.
