My iPad was completely broken after my son dropped it. The entire screen was cracked and it was unresponsive. I thought about getting a new one but I brought it to Fast Fix to see if it was even possible to get it working again. Not only did they fix it, but it looks brand new! I couldn't believe they were able to do what they did to it. Gene was incredibly nice and very helpful in getting it done really quick. Best of all, it didn't really cost that much. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Provided by YP.comIn all honesty, do not do business here. I brought my iPhone in for a simple battery replacement. So far, I have made three trips there, spent over four hours of time driving and waiting for them to attempt repairs, and I have nothing to show for it but my old battery still in my phone. The first time, the manager had not communicated to the technician that I had an appointment so nothing was done. The second time, they installed a faulty battery that made my phone die on me. The third time, they put my old battery back in because they had no more batteries in stock to install! Now, I have been waiting over a week for the new battery to arrive because it didn't arrive in the first shipment like it was supposed to, and have lost all faith I have in this business.
It is true that the manager was professional and kind and gave me a discount, but I still would have honestly never dealt with them if I knew my situation would end like this. Avoid the hassle and find a different repair store.
I am sorry you feel this way about this situation. When you first called about coming in for your phone battery you said you would be coming in at 3:00. When you arrived about 20 to 30 minutes late you were told that the repair would take about an hour and a half. We very rarely schedule appointments for repairs because it is hard for us to judge how long a specific repair will take, sometimes things take longer than anticipated, or we run into a situation that we didn't expect. At this point you said that you could not wait that long and would like to schedule an appointment in 2 days at 3:00. Because of the previous situation, we did schedule you a time at 3:00. Again, you came in about 20 minutes late. You did apologize for being late and we understand that sometimes things happen that are out of your control. We installed a battery in your phone and the following day you called and stated that the battery would not charge. At that time you were advised that we did not have another battery in stock and we would have to order one for you. The next day you came in and we reinstalled your old battery and you were given a 50% refund for your inconvenience. It seems that the battery we installed may have been defective; this is something we could not have known before installing it in your phone. We reordered your battery along with other cell phone parts from our vendor. When the order arrived your battery was not in the order. The vendor was called and the battery was not shipped by them. This was out of our control since we have no control over our vendors. We ordered another battery from another vendor and you were called and informed of this situation. Two days later you called again and I explained to you the situation again to you just like I did previously. At that point you had asked for an additional discount above the 50% refund you already received, and I advised you that I would be unable to give you any additional discounts. At that point you decided to right the review you did. Please know that the circumstances you encountered are not the norm, and that the situation that unfolded was out of our control. We had no way of knowing that the battery was defective, we have no control over our vendor fulfillment and shipping process. The things that we do have control over we did do for you. We scheduled a second appointment for you, we issued you a 50% refund, and promptly reordered your battery, and we kept you informed every step of the way. I don't know what more you can expect from us. We have been in business for over 15 years and have never received a negative review before. We strive for professional quality service and great customer service. Thank You.
