Founded in 1927, Kenny Construction Company is a national contractor and construction manager with extensive experience building large and complex projects. Of the many projects completed by the company, one was the construction of the Chicago Bears training facility, complete with training fields, indoor theaters, medical services and dining facilities. The training fields are equipped with 14 miles of underground heating tubes, enabling the grass to remain soft and to grow through early winter. Other projects include airports, highways, hotels, stadiums, tunnels and power plants. KCC moved to its present location in Wheeling, Ill., in January 1974. The Wheeling complex consists of 19 acres and 76,000 square feet of office, repair and fabrication shops and storage facilities. Kenny Construction Company has hundreds of employees and numerous safety awards.
