Macy's (Hawthorne Center) Suits & Shoes

Against my better judgement. I go back into Macy's for dress shoes and pants. I have two previous negitive experiences. With poor service. Three guys servicing the suits and shoe department. Two guys walk past me with a selected shoe in one hand and one shoe off! Are they helping others? No they walk right past me, mind you I am the ONLY ONE in the department they don't go to help others rather they perch themselves at the suits end caps - other department in the store are good to great - NEVER AGAIN. I will take the $1000 I spend on dress cloths and shoes every year some where else !!!
