I went for New Years Eve weekend and the experience was similar to that of a cow vacationing at a slaughter house! The staff was rude and obnoxious! I did not have not even ONE staff member smile or ask if I was enjoying the hotel as they passed my many times in the hall. The food was terrible and took forever to be served. I would have rather had New Years Eve dinner at a diner!

I asked for a drink on new years eve that apparently was not part of my dinner package that I was required to purchase in order to stay at the resort; and rather than simply telling me it was not part of the package (so that I can pay for it separately) the waitress insisted that they don’t carry it. Then I went up there to grab a bite to eat the next night and was waiting for almost 40 minutes to be seated in an empty dining room before I decided to leave and go somewhere else. While I was waiting I asked the bar tender if they had the liquor that I wanted and THEY DID!

You go to the hotel because it is a sports recreational resort but then you have to pay separate substantial fees in order to use the tennis or racquet ball courts and even get hit with fees if you want to use their racquets!

On a scale of 1-5 I would rate this hotel a big fat ZERO! I do not recommend that anyone go there and contribute their money to people who are rude and don’t treat you like a guest.
