First off I had to wait forever for my car. Paint didn't match the rest of the car. Second customer service is a joke people who work there are very rude and don't seem like they know what they are doing especially the kid that works there. Bottem line is they overcharge and northing is done right. If you care about your car don't get it fixed here. A real hole in the wall.

Grant & the staff at VVAB were fabulous! Though it took a little while to schedule, it was worth the wait! Excellent, top notch service! My vehicle looks brand new! I had an issue with the insurance company if the guy who hit me; VVAB took control & owned the issue & had it resolved for me in less than 24 hours! 5 stars! I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else!

Jim at Vernon Valley Auto Body and the guys did a FABULOUS job on my wreaked vehicle!! They went above and beyond and I would recommend anyone that needed auto repair to have them do the work. I came from thirty minutes away and would do it again if ever I needed anything fixed on my car! It was done in a very timely manner.

Vernon Valley Auto Body helped me out so much. They were quick in repairing my car and very helpful and professional when it came to answering my questions. I live in the area and I will be returning in the future if I ever need car help again!!
