Very fast and and friendly service. Also price matched the hard drive from newegg and took my labor coupon with no issues. Thanks Zander!

Beware... Read the other persons post. Filing with complaint with BBB. They give you quote, then require payment up front, then call you back for more $. They said it would be a week and a month later still nothing. Asked for manager/owner to call - nothing. They opened another location in Somers trying to get another community to give them $ for scamming people. No integrity, don't care about customers, Run - do not use - These people will disappoint you at every turn. 1 star is too high for them.

Tom was top notch in every way. He was personable, clean-cut and highly proficient. He explained everything he was doing in terms that were understandable to a layperson, which was most appreciated. We will definitely be looking to Tom for our future tech needs. Whatever you are paying him, it's not enough :-)

They are not to be trusted. I left three used computers with them .account # 54351 and we had worked out a deal. He never kept his word , doesn't answer the phone when i call. This so called Company has no integrity ...They also lie about the things they say they do to your computer. They put used patrs and charge you as if they put new parts..These people who run this outfit are shady characters WATCH OUT ...I gave it a one star ratting only because you have to rate this to post this message. THEY DESERVE NO STAR......
