I'd never recommend this place. Management is NOT really nice. Here's some heads up: They require 60 days notice of termination or RENEWAL. If you really want to try moving here, don't sign a lease within the last week of the month or few days before the month ends because without your knowledge, that will be considered as your 1st full month of stay, even if you tell them you move-in 1st day of next month.

E.g. Sign a lease January 27th, move-in February 1st, you will be required to notify them whether to terminate or renew another term as early as April 1st, telling you that your lease is up in June. So in less than 3 months, you will be forced to sign another lease, especially if you just moved-in and can't afford another moving costs as early as 3 months (>60 days notice). I did not agree on this but the management insisted. Also, beware of those pizza party they give before they make you sign termination or renewal. They'd offer you $50 discount on your next rent so you would consider renewing. The catch: Your next lease will be $25 more each month for the next term. I am living here for only less than 6 months, paid my rent on time and a good renter. Now I'm ready to move out but they're holding me to pay extra full month's rent (part of 60-day notice & as part of the next term), termination fee of about $500, plus security deposit. Also, they'll tell you, you can have satellite dish for cable but after you sign up for one, and ready to set it up, they'll make you pay another security deposit $150, and get a $25,000 renter's insurance policy. Whoever wants to consider moving here, I suggest to stay out. The management takes advantage of your situation because they are greedy.

Nice place, terrible management and maintenance service!! If you have kids I WOULD NOT live there. We left due to the constant harassment from the apartment manager. Talking to other parents in the complex they were having the same issues. Again, if you have kids find another place to live and save yourself the time, stress, and trouble.

great apartments- well kept and safe.

We live at the madison apartments and had a good experience since. Great management and maintance service. No problem with the neighboors or any criminal activity. No bugs or roaches since we have moved in. Pest control guy comes every month to spray only to keep it pest out. Very clean inside apartments as well the grounds. Pets are welcome at a certain weight in which i like. Park anywhere except cover parking spaces which cost an extra $20.00 a month.

Cons: little gym, tight parking area. No quarter washer & dryers. $500.00 dollar fine if pet poo's on grass without picking it up. Can't have a car with oil leaks, will be fined.

Other than that. The madison is a great place to live and safe for kids.
