I had a very short notice for a hearing in Florida. I live 2500 miles away and am wheelchair bound, which makes traveling very arduous. I felt I had been charge erroneously and was not willing to just let it go. I was certain the plaintiff hoped that I would blow off the court date and win by default. After researching several attorneys in the area, I called Mr. Chrzan. Within moments after the phone consultation began, I knew he would represent me well. I was very happy with my decision to retain him rather than to spend a lot of money on plane fair for this situation.
During the consultation, Mr. Chrzan looked up the case and focused on an approach to either file Motion for a Continuance or to preferably have the case dismissed. Mr. Chrzan without hesitation researched information to prepare a case that would be in my favor. For there being such a short notice, he was very practical in his preparation. The arguments he prepared on my behalf were well researched and thought through and prepared from more than one angle. He was sure to warn me that the plaintiff may very well prevail...depending on evidence. Mr. Chrzan argued the case well. It was dismissed. I was extremely happy he represented me.
