Provided by YP.comMy septic tank was backed up. I called another septic company to pump out my tank. They were backed up for a couple of days so they sub the job to All Rite Septic. All Rite arrived that day. He pumped out the tank and removed the effluent from one side. He removed the filter on the other side and cleaned it out. I have five hose bibs with hoses on them Three are over grass. The one he decided to use is in my utility area within a fence. He cleaned the filter onto my patio and driveway leaving feces on my driveway (see picture). His gloves were covered in feces and he got it all over my PVC fence (see picture) and hose bib. I didn’t know about this until days later.
He worker from All Rite Septic told me the filter was plugged by grease. He showed me an area in the tank that was covered in solidified grease on the side he hadn’t cleaned out yet. He put his hose in that side of the tank and asked me to go flush a toilet. I ran inside and flushed a toilet and was back in less than a minute. He was putting the cover to the tank back on. There was no way he cleaned out all that grease in less than a minute. He said he did. When I checked my security camera footage, it showed that as soon as I entered my home, he pulled his hose out of the tank. He did not clean out the grease that he said was my major problem.
I would write the company but it is a family owned business. No sense complaining to a family member.
