I am so disgusted with Aspen Dental Vero Beach. First, the lady at the front desk was not very sympathetic. As a Veteran and a Contractor still serving in Afghanistan, I was not taken care of whatsoever. My last visit they kept billing the wrong company. Then after my wife called ( a month and a half prior to my appointment) to get it set up and get them on the right track. They continued to bill the wrong company, and refused to see me until I paid a bill that I rightfully did not owe them. Refusing to see me and fix a cavity before I deployed again. Then when they realized their mistake after a very long conversation with my wife. Still refused to see me because it was "pass my appointment time and I would have to reschedule". Which would of been another month out and I was leaving in 3 days, which is why I set the appointment a month prior. Not a single apology, no symphony. My 5 year relationship with Aspen Dental meant nothing to them. I WILL NEVER return from how they treated me. I never got that cavity fixed and have to wait another 8 months till I get back home to have someone else fix it. Thank you again for really take care of a paying Veteran, I will make sure to let everyone know about my experience at Aspen Dental Vero Beach!

New dentist is very caring and professional, she even called to check on my husband at night and on Sunday after a very infected tooth was pulled. Staff seems caring and helpful
