Even though their web site says they install whole home video, lighting, smart home Etc...they do not. I told them ahead of time that I needed Tv's and components connected in 5 rooms, yet when he arrived at my home he overly stressed to me that they are called "AUDIO" house. They charge $185.00 per hour and prefer to install wireless audio components. If you need any wiring run, you need to call someone else. I would have paid good money to have all the rooms in my home, properly set up with television and music but was made to feel like I was wasting my money to want things set up the way I wanted. He treated me like I was brainless because I had purchased a 65" OLED Tv and not a 100" projector tv. The Audiohouse rep put down a Tv that I just inherited from my brother (that died) when I asked if I was better off using my old (non smart)Sharp tv in a bedroom or my brothers 4k Roku smart Tv. I think that this business is more for sales and less of an installation type business. As a woman I felt talked down to, he was not a good listener and talked loud and aggressive.
