Layout and installation was ok. After installation it took a few months to get warranty items repaired. Most of the repairs were done by Matt and done well. Following these repairs, I was able to do a better full up inspection because I was not onsite full time. I found several items and sent photos of the issues and got the run around responses from the owner. I sent messages, texts, emails etc...For over a year. I have given up on this contractor and would not recommend this company. Also gave this company a second chance after they had a subcontractor install my gutters and did a horrible job on the gutter installation. We had several issues with the gutters, which took a several months to get resolved. I would not recommend this contractor.

Disgusted. Initial impression upon arrival was one of total arrogance - I'm not a salesperson I AM the owner. Josh was dismissive, responding with sharp comments such as "I get it",

I was told I'd really like dealing with his company as they were so professional - unlike other companies who would submit hand drawings. I was also told I'd have his estimate the next day.

2 day later I had no estimate so I called and left a voice mail. I received no call back, so I called the next day and got Sarah who explained he was overwhelmed with a project but would be definitely return my call.

3 days later I called again and said I was going to share my experience with potential customers so they would know what to expect.

Immediately Josh called saying he had my estimate. Excuse for not sending earlier was waiting to speak to someone but that didn't explain why he had not returned my calls. Estimate was sent minus pricing - so where is the estimate?

Not backing up what they promised and now the owner is hiding behind his keyboard. I have called and gone to the office and instead of reaching out to me by phone or visiting. He sent me a diagram basically saying it had to do with the original design of my roof. not the work he did. The leak is in the seams of the roof they installed nowhere near the origianal roof.

The metal they used started to bubble and peel. I called and was put off for weeks. After a month or so they finally sent out a guy named Matt. He replaced the bubbled metal on the North side. I showed him the South side and he told me it was not right either. They sent out a representative from the metal manufacturers. I was told they would supply the new metal to replace the bad metal, but Binafif Aluminium would have to do the labor. That is the last I have heard from Binafif Aluminum. They won't answer my calls. It goes to voice mail. I leave messages, they never return my calls. I am contacting my attorneys.
