After scheduling a appointment with Eric after hearing great reviews I was told I would have all 6 windows done on my apt date (Friday) After I dropped my car off I was told he didn’t have the correct tint for my windshield even though we went over what I wanted before. He told me he would have the tint Wednesday....Wed comes around and he does not have the tint, barely responds to any messages so I show up at the shop and waste my time & gas driving there, he tells me Thursday same time, same exact thing again, Friday still does not have it after telling me he would, I said forget it I’ll go to someone else, after wasting my time & gas even though i told straight up from the beginning what i wanted done. A few days later I realize my passenger window on drivers side has tons of bubbles and my drivers window had a few bigger bubbles. I contacted Eric and he told me he would fix it and come by this Thursday at 10am. Texting him and no response on Thursday morning, I end up reaching him and he tells me 3pm, I show up and he’s no where to be found and phone is “dead”. Then I call again at 3:30 and reach him, i told him im still waiting for you at your shop and he tells me i have to wait till 6pm ,this is when I expressed my feelings and how I was very unhappy with his services. He told me id get a refund at 6pm cash, but after he calls me and tells me hell send it via cash app.. I finally my “refund” at 10am... $50 for my one window, even though all my windows have bubbles i just told him how extremely bad the passenger driver window was, the others weren't terrible but by no means were perfect. Now I have to pay someone else to redo all my windows. I highly do not recommend Eric unless you want a headache, nice guy just dosent have the business together and is very frustrating for the customer.
