I'm in Vero Beach for the winter. I have a great hairdresser at home, so I was worried about finding someone good here. I found La Tijera through this website. I could not be more pleased. Owner Ruby expertly colored my hair, gave me a great short haircut for my difficult, very thick coarse hair, then suggested a new style which sounds intriguing. I'm hoping to fit in another visit before I leave. Ruby has 35 years of experience & it shows. She opened this salon in Nov. 2011. It's very clean & attractive, very well located, & has ample parking. Pricing is competitve & fair. Go for it!
