Man this the worst company I've ever seen. They make an appointment with you and never showe up besides services is horrible. I wouldn't recommend to anyone bad, bad, really bad.

Recently i lost my job. Of course when it With the loss of my job and finances very slim, I felt damned. I called Mountain Aire that a friend recommended to me. Jeff the tesh showed up. I explained my situation and he was very compassionate. He explained I do need a new system but made a miracle so I have some comfort until i can afford a new system. On April 4, 2011 I discovered my ac was not working. I am a single mother of two and dont have much money. My neighor refered Mountain-Aire. They were late but showed up. The techician Jeff told me the repair would be 244. I did not the the money to spend at the time. He said no problem we will bill u. the next day i called the office and they put me on a payment plan of 25 per week. Me and my kids r very comfortable. these guys are the best. I had an appointment for them to come repair my AC unit which they installed less than a year ago. They tell me they would be here between 7-7:30 two hours go by no call no show. I call them they say they are on the way. Finally they show up I ask the guy who said he is the owner why he is late and why he couldn't at least give me a courtesy call. His reasoning is he is busy. I tell him that is no way to do business and he should show some respect to the customer. He then says call someone else and leaves. If this is the kind of service you are looking for then they are definitely the AC people for you. If you don't want to be treated this way I suggest you check around before calling someone.
