Why Paddles By The Sea? We only use top of the line paddle boards and kayaks, we have American Canoe Association certified instructors, and we have the best launch site in town! Being located on Orchid Island is great for a few reasons. First, being on both sides of the island offers us a break from the wind at one of our locales for a smooth paddle experience. Second, our locations at the Riverside Cafe, by Mulligan's, and at Heaton's Reef and Cobalt means a great meal after you're done exploring. Third, we see lots of wildlife year round, keep an eye out for dolphin, manatee, otter, and countless sea birds. We also offer beach rentals at the Kimpton Vero Beach Hotel & Spa and Holiday Inn & Suites Oceanside. What does Paddles By The Sea do? We offer the best paddle board or kayak experience so paddling becomes your new favorite hobby.
