The store is very nice and clean! The staff is friendly and never pushy! They let you take your time and are very helpful whenever you have any questions. The furniture is great quality! Ask for Dennis when you visit this location! He is the nicest gentlemen and helped us so much! When we moved to FL and shopped here, Dennis helped us pick out many of the pieces that furnished our home. He made it such a wonderful experience!

I have to give them 5 stores. Shopped at the local Vero beach store. Nice sales lady. Furniture delivered on time and by polite staff. Fair value, it's not high end furniture but well worth the price. Had an issue with a sofa and they replaced it twice, no problem. Would shop there again.

Sales man was very dishonest and misleading, almost as if it was a scam. They can not handle large orders. I gave one star due to the fact that it is the least you can give, if I could have then I wouldn't have even gave one star. Manager of this store isn't any better than her employees. There is a lady whom answers the phone that seems to always be mad and aggressive when she talks. Very unpleasant! Delivery crew was the best part of this process and a breath of fresh air compared to the store itself.

I had the most wonderful experience at Rooms to Go. It began with a call to their office where I asked many questions to the young woman who answered the phone. She was patient and answered everything she could. When she could no longer answer my questions she directed the call to the sales floor.

The salesman I spoke with was patient and knowledgeable about their merchanside and I went right in to see her. when I got there I was greeted by a different salesman but when I told them who I wanted to work with he graciously went to find the correct person who came to the front with a smile to greet me. He took me directly to the merchandise I had requested and took his time with me. (I am a very picky shopper so it's no easy feat keeping patient with me). By the time I got done with my purchase I felt I had the best deal around. I got a delivery date set up and when I called back with more questions, again the office staff and my salesman were very helpful.

I would reccomend Rooms To Go to all of my family and friends.
