Home Depot in Vero Beach is a nice store. But, I will NEVER buy another appliance there. Getting my refrigerator fixed has been a nightmare. Latest, repair company sets up appointment for Saturday morning to fix it again. I wait all morning. Call the repair company at 11:50 am. They inform me that part needed to repair unit that was needed had not arrived. I waited all morning. Why didn't they have the courtesy to call me and tell me appointment had to be cancelled??? I could have waited and wasted all day if I hadn't called them . This is just the latest incident. Very unprofessional ser.vice company, and a no-win situation for Home Depot. Who's dropping the ball??????
