Don't trust them to only do what is needed. Last brake job they wanted to replace the calipers as they said they sometimes stick. I said no, I knew better, and never had a problem afterward. Saved hundreds of dollars not listening to them.

Tires ok, they will rotate for free afterward, of course, they just want you in to sell something else.

We were traveling and got a flat tire. We called this Tire Kingdom and they were able to quickly and efficiently change the tire. Sean and his employees went out of their way, worked quickly, but efficiently and were extremely polite. I would highly recommend this Tire Kingdom.

To whom it may concern:

My son wanted to take a day trip to Vero Beach, FL on 3/24/2014 which is about an hour from home. As he got into Vero Beach his truck was making a noise. He pulled into a parking lot to check on it. After calling me, I instructed him to call around to see if someone close could repair it the same day. He reached Tire Kingdom #6060 in Vero Beach and they said they could handle it. We had the truck towed to the store for repair. This is where I am appalled and saddened that your company would allow someone to take advantage of a stranded young man because he was helpless. It was a right wheel bearing that went out. The Tire Kingdom store charged my son $1,120.89 for the repair. Of that amount, $84.83 for right side only break pads, $152.75 for right side caliper with labor of $105.00. Also, $512.99 for the wheel bearing and labor at $147.00. I checked with two different shops which said they would change out the wheel bearing for $300-$400, depending on which bearing it needed, including the part and labor. That is a big difference from what your store charged my son and I am highly disappointed with the stores dishonesty. I am a business owner that is in contact with many people. I will never use a tire kingdom because of the dishonest behavior of your representative and will make sure others are aware also.
