I have been receiving bp medicine for years from the VA, recently tried to renew as i have done so many times, they indicated they had to contact doctor for renewal, never heard back, so I called again, still no progress on renewal, meanwhile i am out of medicine and my BP is elevated. I don't know what my next step is nor why the VA will not renew my meds, Amopldnye bestalis

Place is so negative, I avoid it completely. Abusive, old lady nurse Pamela should be fired. Heather the manager is disappointing. Let's get this corrected and report all mishandling of patiences to West Palm Beach VAMC. We can resolve this as a whole. We deserve better!
