Provided by YP.comThe absolute worst customer service in Dealers and repair. They will lie to you about when your car is ready, not put things back where they belong in your car, poor repairshop, will give you all kinds of excuses, won't accept responsiblity, and things still don't work after you leave but they won't fix them except for additional charges. I have talked with the owner and he doesn't care either. They forgot to even put my spare tire back in the car leaving me with no spare when needed. I had to go back to their shop to get it. They are the worst!!! Stay away.
They know nothing about customer service...only the $$$$'s.
I had my wheel fall off after having 4 tires put on. They forgot to put back the spare. I had 2 studs break off and lost 4 lug nuts after they put the tires on. They promise the world but give you nothing but lies, deceit and shoddy workmanship.

Provided by YP.comTerrible customer service from the sales department to the service department. Lying, making excuses and misleading customers are a specialty for Velde Ford going back decades. Able to provide a superficial cut and paste response that sounds fake and without substance, while completely avoiding actually solving customers problems or learning from mistakes and customer complaints to improve and become a righteous business that serves customers instead of just trying to take money above all else. Beware, be careful, and don't believe anything they say!

Provided by YP.comMom and I had always gone to Velde for our car van. There was a brief moment in time that we could afford to go and decided to another mechanic about our a/c problem. That mechanic told us that the unit was literally falling apart and would need to be replaced. The cost would be between $600-$800. After months of not having the money for a second opinion, we took the Van to Velde and they told us that all it needed was a $60 belt. Now we have a/c and it runs great! Velde has never ever done us wrong and will continue to bring our business there.

I have always had good sales service, and I absolutely appreciate the service department for servicing my vehicle. Jim Mapp treated me with respect and took care of all details of finding me a vehicle that I wanted and worked expertly through the entire process.
