The Verona NAPA store is great. They have many commonly needed parts in stock and usually can have any other parts by the next day. Julie, the woman who runs the place, is very knowledgeable, gives good advice, and is pleasant and efficient. The several auto enthusiasts in my family love having a quick and comprehensive auto parts supply store only a few miles away.

Went to a parts store down the road and they were not very knowledgeable or helpful and didn't have the part, then went here and she new right away what I needed and was very friendly.
Then I got a call from my bank saying that I must've dropped my credit car inside and that they had called to report it. Thanks Verona NAPA!

I purchased a rebuilt alternator from this Owners store and it failed after A WEEK, which ended up costing me just over $500, including towing charges. The company Napa purchased the alternators from actually reimburse me for the towing and supplied another alternator. But the Napa store did NOTHING to compensate me for the costly 4 day ordeal. They choose not to help for burnt fuses, maintenance costs or time lost..Nothing. As a matter of fact, they made money off me.
The owner of Verona Napa (who made this decision), also owns the Evansville store. I will never step foot in either of these to two stores and I recommend you do the same.
