Castle Farm at The Kentucky Castle is a true farm-to-table experience in the heart of the Bluegrass. We have created an on-site garden that provides Castle Farm with up to 90% of all produce served to our guests. To supplement and create the other components of our dishes we are using locally-sourced, healthy ingredients to create amazing meals. While you are our guest, you will enjoy only the finest Kentucky cuisine.
