I love this place! The staff is kind, they never act like I am inconveniencing them (even when I called 3 times in one day with silly questions). They treat us like family and I feel like they actually care. My oldest sees Dr. Paynter and my youngest and I see Sherry Banner. They are both very good at what they do! I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

In a nutshell, THEY SUCK! Even when offered they don't care to look at your previous health record. Dr. Burkhart is the nearest to no Dr. that I have ever seen! She is due to retire soon and is therefore doing nothing, yet limiting the abilities of her FNP! Sherry (FNP) is knowledgeable, however, she lacks the authority to do any meaningful care. If you already know what is wrong with you, such as sinus or ear infection), and you have no known sensitivities to antibiotics, then by all means see Sherry! If you have any chronic conditions, such as, heart, spinal, anxiety, or chronic pain issues, skip this joint and go elsewhere. They are not even up to date on current RX laws! They guess at them, but do not study them. I have had to take them print-outs of info, including info on specific medication that I take for my condition (non-narcotic if you're wondering).
