I ordered shirts for my one year old and I to wear to my oldest daughters softball games, they were done before I expected and they are perfect! I get compliments on them every time!

Our expectations have always been far surpassed by the finished product created by Wright Printing. They are friendly and very easy to work with. They have always gone above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. We have had rushed requests and have had crazy ideas.....every time we have been impressed. They take our vision to a whole new level! I appreciate their time, patience, and commitment to us as customers.

I just purchased a banner from them. I was originally told it would be here Friday or Monday (this was on a Tuesday). I needed the banner for the next weekend. On Friday I never heard so I called late afternoon and got “oh it’s not here yet but will be Monday”. Monday came and went never received a call. On Friday I decided I had enough….So I called and found out there was a death in the family and they had to go away but had staff covering. No one knew anything about my banner. Finally I get a called at 4:30pm “oh your banner is here”. I pick it up it was black and white. They say we will order you a new one. (They don’t do them in house) A month and a week later I finally get an email saying your banner is in….NOT a phone call but an email and then the next day another one your banner is in. I waited a MONTH and a week for it when they said it would take a week tops. Through that time when I called the once they said “oh I think your order got put on hold let me find out and call you back”….Never once was I told the banner was put on hold or was I ever called back!!!

Horrible horrible horrible service and will NEVER use Wright Printing again and I suggest you STRONGLY weigh your options before using them.
