We purchased a 2010 Matthews Mazda CX-9 from here in 2013. Long story short, 3 years into it, nothing but headaches and free car washes from this dealership. When the check engine light came on we brought it to Matthews Mazda, well we were a couple months out of our warranty and low and behold they called back, said I needed a completely new transmission. Quoted me 3800 (used tranny from dons auto parts) -4200 new. Matthews Ford in Norwich quoted me 2500 for the same used tranny from dons auto parts. Matthews Mazda wouldn't even match that. Same Part, same Matthews company. What a joke. So I asked the trade in Value for my CX9, they said 4000. So I picked up my car to bring it to Matthews Ford 2500 is better than 3800 right? Well the check engine light was off and it drove like brand new, I drove it like that for weeks. Took it to two different Mech. They couldnt find the problem. Finally took it to Romanos Mazda in Syracuse, Got 11000 for my Mazda and still no issues with the tranny
