I also had a "snippy" experience with the receptionist on the phone. I felt that skin care items for sale were being pushed for me to buy during my facial....but the facial was very nice and relaxing. The noise in the hall was distracting during my massage and the message therapist was seemingly distracted while I was on the table. I was rather disappointed about my afternoon

I thought it was supposed to be a nice upscale salon, but the receptionist was snippy and not helpful, my massage therapist was good, but I could hear the salon noise during my massage. Then i had my hair done and the stylists seemed nice, they carry the jane Iredale make-up, but did not have the color i wanted, but the owner said she would order it for me and call me when it came in (which she said would be a week), it took a long time to check out and they do not accept tips on the credit cards which really upset me, because I did not have cash, also the place needed to be dusted and cleaned. I called back a week and a half later to ask about my make-up and they still did not have it in, i called the following week and same thing. The sad part was the owner of the salon said she would order it for me, and she would call me apparently she did not care about my business

One word: ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh :-) I have been here three times and each time was a great experience.
