They are reasonably priced, and solve our problems quickly. Best of all, they don't make me feel like I'm asking dumb questions :)

Provided by YP.comThey are rarely there, they do not answer the phone. I dropped off my computer and they never called to tell me it was ready. We are about to move so I called and was told Oh Yeah it's ready... GREAT I will be there this afternoon to pick it up. I am told to call first because he would be "in and out all day".. I get my daughter to run by because I can't get them to answer the phone and at 4:15 pm they are closed.. These are computer people and their website says they are opened until 6pm but their store says 5pm but wait.. at 4:15 pm NO ONE IS THERE... Do not go there, you will rip your hair out.
This customer was not charged due to the mishap. I was the only one working that day and I personally left her a message stating to call me first before she made the trip due to on-site emergency appointment. I met her daughter at 7:00pm (after hours) on the same day. Sometimes no matter what you do, you just can't satisfy some people. We strive on providing excellent service with personal attention to each and every customer, no matter if it a an individual or business.
