I have been out of shape for the past two years. After having a child and starting to be more active outdoors and swimming at the pool, I was ashamed. I found Blake on this site and what a difference a week makes at his facility. I followed his instructions on dieting, working out and everyday activities. Best Results I could have asked for. Thank You Blake. I would recommend Build a Body to anyone looking to tone up, work out or compliment what your current activites are.
