Cable line has been hanging low in my back yard for over a month. I have called Charter seven (7) times. The line is tied to my child's swing set. We cannot even walk through the back yard.

Horrible service and employees are unproessional

Very unprofessional service and employees are horrible. Employees that work dispatch, behind counter and some higher mangement seem very unprofessional and uneducated. They could not pronounce my name that stared with a "R". Sad....... Also VP - names Don and Dispatch Mgr named Penny seem to have hostile and rude behavior toward clients. We the clients want Comcast to be given the Birmingham, territory so we can have professionals to deal with.

worst company ever

i had charter. their customer service reps lie to the customer on a regular basis. its impossible to call a local office. no inbound phones. most of their hardware is all used and beaten up and their techs are clueless. DO NOT USE CHARTER. they are a classless company and don't deserve people giving them money. I'm not pushing satellite but don't do business with charter. have never returned my phone calls. pitiful
