Provided by YP.comIf you want great service and beautiful flowers call Continental Florist. Their customer service was AWESOME! Even when I made a mistake and told them incorrect information, they went over and above to make sure my family member got the flowers. I wish more business had their kind of customer service!

I've been using them for a couple of years now from getting orchids for my salon to beautiful arrangements for special occasions. Thank you again for everything guys keep up the great work!

Provided by YP.comLast minute cancellation of a delivery by a national florist really left me in the lurch. I called Continental to bail me out at the last minute. They came through with flying colors. A big thank you to them. I won't hesitate to use them again

Provided by YP.comHORRIBLE SERVICE!!! My husband tried to surprise me with flowers (Blossoms in Vogue for $74.95) from Continental Florist best sellers page. What I received looked okay, but only had about ¼ of the flowers from the arrangement shown on the internet. They had also taped one green leaf to the outside of the vase, when the advertised picture had greenery lining the entire inside of the vase. My husband asked me to send him a picture of the flowers when I called to thank him for my surprise. At the time, I had no idea what the flowers were supposed to look like or that he was unhappy with the delivered product. Moments later, I get a call from Continental Florist saying that they are sending someone to take my flowers back. I then had to call my husband again and ask what was going on. Continental Florist was RUDE to both my husband and myself and completely ruined the sweet gesture he was trying to surprise me with. False Advertisement!! Do not waste your money or effort with this company!
We would like to emphasize here that our customers are important to us and we continually strive to provide outstanding products and services, however we feel that we must clarify the claims that have been made in this review, which we believe was a case of miscommunication, rather than an instance of “horrible service”. We understand that it may be difficult to determine exactly how flowers and greenery are arranged based on a website photo, but we assure you that the “greenery” that is referred to here is actually a single variegated aspidistra leaf, that was in fact lining the inside of the vase in this arrangement. We also maintain that the amount and quality of blooms were also comparable to the photo. Regarding the phone call that was made to the recipient – this was an offer to pick up and replace the arrangement with one that would have provided the customer with satisfaction. Unfortunately, the recipient’s husband had already become irate and somewhat verbally abusive with my staff and insisted only that he keep the arrangement AND that he receive a full refund. In my opinion, this customer was only looking for a free product and service and became unappeasable at a certain point during our exchange. This is an unfortunate situation, and we truly do strive for 100% customer satisfaction, however we accept that despite our best efforts, we were unable to satisfy this particular customer. In 27 years of business, we have never experienced such an intense and angered response from a customer and we hope to avoid situations like this in the future by continuing to provide the sincere and exceptional service that our long-standing and new customers have come to expect and enjoy from our staff.

Provided by YP.comThe flowers were nice and fresh however they were not very well arranged in the vase (more like just stuck in there) and it was way too skimpy an arrangement for 77.00. Florist really need to realize flowers are a luxury in this economy and if they don't at least give people the sense they are getting what they pay for then that luxury item can easily be avoided. I will not use this florist again nor would I recommend it to anyone
We never like to learn that a customer is disappointed in our product, and we would like to assure our customers that we only use the highest quality product available from our flower merchants and growers in various parts of the world. Unfortunately, costs of our product have increased over time, although we do attempt to minimize this increase when we provide our product to our customers. The price indicated in this review reflects not only the product but also the tax and delivery service fees, which we believe are provided at a reasonable rate. Flowers may be considered a “luxury item” to some but for us they are a long-standing tradition of expressing emotion with elements of nature and creative talent. We always hope to achieve this when we send an arrangement to a recipient, no matter what the occasion.

We recently opened a new clinic in Hoover and the arrangements they designed were absolutely beautiful! We received compliments on them all evening! They were fresh, fragrant, and fabulous!
