This place stinks! Their store consists of PRECIOUS items for children and adults. There is truly something for everyone! However, I will NEVER shop here again. Their customer service is TERRIBLE! I ordered a personalized necklace in early August. The woman at the counter told me they were on back order and it would probably be the end of the month before it was ready. I was completely find with that-back order, popular item, I get it. She' said they'd call when it was ready. I visited the store again with my mother and we were not even acknowledged. My mother asked a question and was rudely responded to as if she should know how much the unmarked item cost. We took our business to Monogram's Plus which sells generally the same things with a MUCH better atmosphere. I called At the end of August to follow up on my necklace as no one had contacted me. The rude woman on the phone said they were delayed and that they would call when it was ready. She seemed annoyed I was asking where the necklace I ALREADY PAID FOR AND WAS PROMISED IN AUGUST would be in. And if they knew it would be later than promised, shouldn't they have called anyway to tell me? It's nearing the end of September and I am yet to hear from the store about my necklace. I am extremely disappointed in the overall experience and would recommend this place to no one. If I don't receive it soon, I'll be demanding a refund.
