Transplanted from downtown Atlanta, Kool Korner serves the very best Cuban sandwich you will ever eat.

Some friends of mine recommended and took me to this place. Before I had gone I had the pleasure of enjoying one of the owner's homemade tamales. WONDERFUL. I see now why they're so hard to get. They are really something special. A couple of weeks later I visited with my friends and had the classic cuban. Also absolutely wonderful. Crispy grill-pressed cuban bread with a wonderful assortment of meat, cheeses and pickles. Try a malt soda while you're there too! The guava pastries are great as well and very inexpensive. I will be back!
