My fiancé, a friend and I went by this location after church this past week and had one of the worst experiences we've ever had a restaurant. There was no hostess and seemed to be no management. There was a line to the door from the hostess stand and no one would even say what the problem was. There were numerous waiters/waitresses standing around. During the entire time, there seemed to be plenty of tables open. I understand that tables open does not mean there shouldn't be people waiting, due to sections and the amount of waiters/waitresses staffed at the time, but this was clearly bad management. Food was same as always, good, but I doubt I will go back to this location. EXTREMELY disappointed.

Well I went to Romano's Macaroni Grill for my anniversary in November. Everything was great including our waitress. This was our first time here so the waitress told use a little about the menu and from there me and my boyfriend ordered. I ordered the chicken marsala and it was great up until I bit into some very burnt mushrooms. It was so gross that I had to go and spit it up in the bathroom and come back and rinse my mouth out with that sample of wine they gave me. The taste finally went away and I finished it. I didnt complain or anything but maybe I should have. The bottom line is that this is a great place and if I return I would not get that chicken marsala ever again.
