Very down to earth people. My dog loves them...and that says it all for me. Groomers are some of the best. I have a Labradoodle and she isn't the easiest to groom. She fell sleep while grooming. Lol

The Groomers do a pretty good job but the management needs some schooling on how to be professional and how to conduct proper business. Its clear she has no formal training and is doing this as a hobby. If you want an all around good experience, I would look elsewhere.
