Do not allow this company to tow your car. They have an exclusive towing contract with the city of Vestavia and charge 175.00 plus mileage no matter how short the tow is. I was charged 204.00 for 8 miles! They told me they were competitive with Pro Tow and other similar companies and I called Pro Tow and the same tow would have been 65.00 plus mileage. They are also extremely rude. When I asked the manager to speak to the owner, he wouldn't even give me his name, telling me, "this stops here, ma'am."

WARNING.....DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR FOR REPAIRS TO THIS STATION......THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU AT LEAST 500% TO 700% MORE THAN ANY OTHERS

I WAS CHARGE OVER $800.00 ON LABOR ONLY FOR PUTTING ON MY OWN PARTS....



I CONTACTED ANOTHER BP STATION AND ASKED WHAT THEY WOULD CHARGE FOR THE LABOR. I DID NOT LET THE PERSON I SPOKE WITH KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON AND WHY I WAS ASKING. THEIR PRICE WAS $140.00.



I WAS TRAVELING AND MY CAR HAD BROKEN DOWN IN THIS AREA AND I WAS STILL 300 MILES AWAY FROM HOME AND DID NOT KNOW ANYONE IN THE AREA.



THIS IS WHAT I GET FOR TRUSTING TOO MUCH.
