Don’t let these fake reviews get to you! This community is so helpful and will come quickly to any emergency situation! People don’t know how to read there leases so they get mad when they’re charged for stuff that’s clearly written in there lease THEY SIGNED!! Nikki, Amanda, and Terri are the sweetest girls ever and will do anything to help you!! They’re always so happy to see you and will even address you by name knowing there’s 300 plus people here. Oh and if you have a fur baby they have treats on there desk for them! THEY’RE LITERALLY THE BEST APARTMENT COMMUNITY I HAVE EVER LIVED AT!! it’s an old property so leaks do happen but they jump right on it and fix the problem! DONT LISTEN TO THESE FAKE REVIEWS FROM ANGRY PEOPLE WHO CANT READ THERE LEASES!! go in and rent from them with there amazing prices and awesome specials always going on!! 10/10 WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND WOOD GARDENS!!!!!

Lived at Wood Gardens for a year and it was horrible. The office staff are rude and get nothing done! Black mold grew in my apartment and after months of complaints they finally sprayed something to kill it supposedly but left the horrible ugly carpet with black mold all over in my apartment.... My carpet was tearing up in places and never got fixed my counter tops were chipping again never got fixed. Anything that could go wrong in that apartment did go wrong broken water heater, broken thermostat, break ins every other week. Parking sucks, it's loud between random people hanging out outside at all hours... Takes months to get anything fixed IF they ever go fix it. The office always lost my packages when I had things delivered. The apartment grounds aren't kept up at all. I wouldn't live in wood gardens ever again if it was rent free! Don't live there... You'll regret it.

I AM A CURRENT RESIDENT OF WOOD GARDEN APARTMENTS,THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR SOMEWHERE TO CALL HOME DO NOT CONSIDER WOOD GARDEN,I REPEAT DO NOT CONSIDER WOOD GARDEN.I HAVE HAD WATER LEAKING FROM THE ROOF OF MY APARTMENT FOR A WEEK NOW THE APARTMENT ABOVE ME HOT WATER TANK HAS A LEAK A WATER IS EVERYWHERE CAUSEING DAMAGE TO MY FURNITURE AND LEAVE A LOUD MILDEW ODOR IN MY APARTMENT.I CALL THERE MAINTENANCE CREW AND THEY WAS TO LAZY TO GET OFF THERE BUT AND COME FIX THE PROBLEM I EVEN CALL THE APARTMENT MANAGER AND SHE WAS RUDE,UNPROFESSINAL AND LACK SERIOUS MANAGEMENT SKILLS.MANAGER NAME.(MS.D.BELL)I REPEAT WOOD GARDEN IS NOT WHERE YOU WILL WANT TO CALL HOME YOU WILL REGRET IT.I NOW HAVE TO CALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE BECAUSE MS.BELL REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE NUMBER TO THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE.
