I ordered my wife flowers for Valentine's day under the condition they will be delivered by 4pm at the latest that day because my wife was leaving for work then. Flowers never made it, called edelweiss at 5:45pm. The lady said the delivery truck is on the way or she could deliver them tomorrow. A phone call would have been nice to let me know if they wasn't gonna make it by 4pm. It takes the surprise out of a surprise gift if the customer doesn't get their gift on a holiday after being told it's no problem getting it delivered by 4pm. Never again will I order anything from edelweiss floral.

My mother in law sends us flowers for everything and we get them from all different floral shops sense she uses teleflora. This shop by far is the best flowers we've ever received! And we've received them from almost all the Madison floral shops! I totally recommend this shop hands down!
