This is a house, and not a business. It is illegal to have businesses in this part of the town. I do know Mr. Sherman, who did live there, and his reputation around town was bad, as he was not good at repairing appliances, and over charged for work he did do. He had to move from Best Street because he constantly tried to have his 69 yo neighbor arrested on false charges. His personality is on the verge of a sociopath. Sherman piled used, nasty appliances next to his garage, outside, next to an open field, for months; the appliances were loaded with rats/raccoons/possums; then Sherman would sell them to ppl, or install them to unsuspecting costumers as 'used'. Mr. Sherman could not even afford to pay his employees.
