This has got to be the Worst fast food joint I've ever tried in Vicksburg MS. when they screw your order up be careful because the manager will let the employee challenge you. in other words the employee will argue with you about your order. I didn't come to argue with someone making nothing an hour....

My wife and I recently visited your 3121 Halls Ferry Road Vicksburg, MS 39180 location and were rudely treated. We went through drive-thru and ordered 2 bags of ice. We were told to drive around to the 2nd window for the order total. When we got there, the cashier smirked as she informed us that they no longer sold bags of ice. My wife informed her that we had just bought a bag of ice 2 days prior. We asked to speak to a manager (after the cashier asked us if we would like to speak to one). The manager never came to window and the cashier continued to laugh as if this was a joke. They made us sit at the window knowing the manager was not coming to the window. This is no way to treat your customer. We watched as other workers continued to laugh as we drove away. This is no way to treat your customers. If they did not want to make the bags if ice, they could have handled the situation a lot better than belittling a paying customer.

Their way of closing drive thru 30minutes early is to tell you to hold on for shift change then come back at actual closing time and telling you they're closed.....

The food was great. Love the sandwiches. My whole family did.

Without a doubt, the worst Burger King I ever went to. Very slow service, very dirty, and the food gave me an upset stomach. So bad I called the Burger King home office. Never going back.

I was at this Burger King yesterday (May 30th) there were only 3-4 people working that I could see, the cashier would take maybe 2 orders the leave the register to go fill them, she did not care that people were standing waiting to give their order. One man got so frustrated that he just left. She never said Thank You or tried to let people know that they were doing their best to fill the orders. She acted as though she did not care if people got mad.

You need better quality employees at the Vicksburg Burger King, not those who do not want to work.

The Burger King on Clay Street has already closed here I do not want this one to close, there are too many places here in Vicksburg closing because of terrible help.
