Drove all the way from Jackson to Vicksburg to look at these homes, which were very very nice homes, I must say. We were approved for a lesser amount than expected; half of the price that other manufactured homes Dealers had approved us for - without a good explanation. He said, he needed some additional information to try to get the deal done. After we gave him all the information to try to get the home that we wanted, a week and a half had passed. The salesman Gerald never picked up the phone to call and to at least say man we haven't heard anything yet. Or even say, we're working on it, give us a little bit more time or something. I would called him and he would text back like we were kids in high school. When I informed the manager that I haven't gotten a phone call, it was "Awh no big deal" to him. He assured us that he was trying to work on our deal and we just haven't heard anything yet. Then when I told him that we will take our business somewhere else to find a house there was no negotiation or nothing to try to get our business. Chad told us thanks for stopping by. I was like, really. After 3 trips back and forth from Jackson to Vicksburg, they have very nice homes but poor customer service for people in a time of need.
