My family has done business with Miller's Tire Mart for over 20 years and we have received top-notch service every time. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain any work that needs to be done and why it should be done. They are dependable. They sell quality merchandise and offer quick service. Thanks, Miller's Tire, for being the best!!

My family and I stopped for the night in Vicksburg only to find our tire flat and the belt showing through the treads. We couldn't get the tire off to put the spare on so we called Miller's first thing in the morning and explained the situation. He said his guy was on service calls until 10 a.m. but he'd see what he could do and call me within a half hour. Within 15 minutes of his call back, his guy pulled up at our hotel and helped get the tire off. We then drove to Miller's where they thankfully had our tire in stock and were able to service us right away. Less than an hour later we were back on the road! Exceptional service and very friendly. We were very pleased with our bill and they didn't charge us for the service call to the hotel. They turned a not-so-pleasant situation into positive experience for us. We highly recommended this business!

I bought tires at a shop that did not do alignments. They said everything looked good on my car but I should go get an alignment. I took it Goodyear in Vicksburg, MS. They said it wouldn't be ready for three and a half hours. Then I received call 30 minutes later where they told me they needed to do a $300 repair to the car before they could do an alignment. Then I had to pay them $33 to get my car back w/o having any work done to it at all. Learn from my mistake and find an honest shop to deal with.
