Jason and crew built my inground pool in May of 2016, as far as material and the way it was installed, I was satisfied. The problem I have with this company is after installation, they have you get your own electrician to wire the pentaire control box, which I did, the pool light couldn,t be wired first time electrician was here because the pool slab had not been poured yet, his crew told me they would connect it when the slab was poured for me, then when that time come, they said they didn,t know how to do it. I was told by Jason the pool would be cleaned after installation, it never was. I was told I would be educated about how to care for the pool after construction, that,s a joke, Paradise pools in Pearl has taught me what I know so far. Jason will tell you the pool comes with 1000 sq. ft. of concrete, but after it,s poured, he starts telling you he used more VOLUMN of concrete off the truck to stiff you for a few more bucks. To this day Jason has not once called to ask how satisfied I am with the pool and was everything good, once he has his crew collect that last payment, he,s done with you. It,s not just using good material and installing the pool for someone, it,s also the other things promised that make the buying of a pool experience good. that is where Jason falls short.

Many thanks to the team at Oasis Pools and Spas for all your hard work and encouragement. Making the decision to put in a pool is major. Where do you start if this is the first time you have done this? We didn't have a clue. But, one call to Oasis and Jason was on his way. From then on every decision was made easy.

Jason did not just offer us a pool, he recommended what would best fit our yard and our needs. Our pool is unique to our home. It seems as though the pool was built along with the house. Perfect fit!

To continue the support and professionalism the crew kept us informed of day to day progress as they were building, moving dirt, filling with water, etc. Now the ladies in the office give continued support for keeping the water looking its best by testing it and recommending products to add.

The entire experience from start to finish and ongoing has been delightful, easy and exciting.
