This business is the absolute worst taxi service EVER!!
I will not bother to waste my time or money trying to use their "services" again...
Not only are they habitually late, they're over priced and the dispatcher is an a'hole...
Tonight when I called to request a ride, the man in dispatch gave me the number to the driver, when I called number went straight to voicemail , the voicemail was full so no message could be left, and whenever I called back to the dispatch (main#) I was told that was the only driver he had tonight, "SORRY!!" AND then he hung up in my face🤔
NOPE‼️
Not acceptable... Business ethics are essential....
And...
having no reguard for respectful, dependable customer service isn't conducive to running a legitimate business and furthermore their license should be pulled...(and maybe even for wasting customers time and money.....*JS!!)

Been waiting almost an hour no call no show .. I'm already late for work...smh bad for business would not recommend

My experiences wth the Rocket Cab Company have been very pleasant. I have recommended them to all my family and friends.

Been waiting for an hour and 20 mins for a cab that ed supposed to take 15 to 20 mins to arrive. We have used them before and had trouble but this is awful. I would advise not to use them

Rocket Taxicab is a professional company with responsible drivers that will call you if they will be a little late. I value communication is important to me.

The business is family owned and operated since 1950's with the reflection of good family values of honesty, integrity, kindness with a warm and friendly personality of the drivers to make you feel at home. I admire their patience when I needed to stop and pick up an item from the store before driving me to my destination. I would refer ANYONE to ride with this taxi company because, it is not about the financial end of things, you can FEEL as well as SEE that they are about pleasing the customer. I read the previous write up of February 2013 and I can tell you that it is a lie and the drivers who were there then are ALL GONE and the new personnel truly reflects the original family values I have mentioned. Their taxis are clean and I got to my destination at a reasonable time regardless of my asking the driver to stop on the way. People are jealous of someone who is trying their best regardless of those who are looking to destroy them; they are called HATERS! If you want an honest taxi, polite and eager to please call Rocket Taxi Cab in Vicksburg Mississippi!! I say to both bloggers, think twice before you put negative things out to the public to open yourself up to a legal SUIT, in your attempts to destroy a person business and livelihood over a few mishaps! Keep in mind we all make mistakes, however, we should not be destroyed in one blow. Think before you speak!!!

The driver Tamika , I believe is the only driver! Very unprofessional!! We had to be in another town by a certain time. she decides to go pick up two of her friends wanting them to ride between my sister and myself. NO!! So then she puts both of these two grown girls both in front seat . (while on her phone the whole time!!) Finally they decide they didnt want to go, so she has to go drop them off. Not worried about us or our time limit. Let me also tell you this round trip would of been $200 + for her. She was so sorry and rude.She then has to stop and get gas. by now its been 30 mins. the cab its self was a pc of sh&%t. Dash lights didnt work and the car wouldnt barely start !We seriously were worried about even making it there alive with her. she was terrible! WTH!! YOU CANT RUN A BUSINESS LIKE THAT! Another thing she tried texting and driving with us several times. We told her HELL NO! Needless to say , we sent her back and used another cab service to get back home. You would think with that much money to be made Tamika, you would of treated your customers better. But you didnt so thats why you only got half and no tip!! FInd a new job !!! SHUT DOWN ROCKET TAXI!! RUDE, HORRIBLE !ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES IV EVER HAD!

Dispatcher is very rude. They hang up in your face and don't know how to treat paying customers. Don't waste your time with this RATCHET cab company. They come when they want. Not the way you should run a business.
