Excellent encounter almost every time I called. Had one rude encounter with another guy who answered one day, but the personality and professionalism of the woman who answers the phone and the guy who fixed my truck, far outways the rude one. I haven't been able to drive my truck yet because I've been in bed with a sinus infection, but my kids are over the moon with how much better it drives now!! So on behalf of myself and my kids, thank you stauts for your kindness and your professionalism. 💜💜💜 You guys are now my absolute go to mechanics. May God continue to bless you and your business.

I have taken my vehicle to S&S several times and have always been treated very respectful and am completly satisfied with their work.They were very professional and explained everything in detail with accurate estimates.Also have recomended to several friends and they were very satisfied.Lots of repeat customers so they must be doing something right.

just tried to talk about rebuliding a engine and they were rude and angry just because i said that i had a 6.2 diesel



i qoute the 6.2 is not a reliable motor so we will not touch it



my answer to that was bull s&*%t my 6.2 diesel in the truck has 450,000 miles on it



they say i was a lier and that there was no way that i got that many miles on a covnerted diesel



i got news for all yall out there the chevy 6.2 diesel was a converted diesel but after 1985 they were true indercet injection diesels





if they got mad at me i will not take my trucks there or cars for that matter
