used them to have my dog of 16 years cremated. the company they sent him to mailed him back to them using US mail and did not get a tracking number. needless to say my dog was lost in the mail and they dont know where he is. the vet never called to tell me he was lost. they wanted to wait aslong as possible to see if he would come in but he didnt. i even had to make the comment that it was sad that only the receptionist was the one saying sorry to me. after that someone went and got a dr. to come and apologize to me. the company they used wad Private Pet Cremations & Memorial Co. of Downsville, Louisiana.
