Awful experience. Customer service was smothering, pushy,and then RUDE. the employees do not know how to read the customers nor do they know when to back off and give them space when they just want to browse alone for a few moments. I ended up walking out within 4 minutes of being stalked around the tiny boutique. After leaving I went to another store and bought an Alex n ani bracelet. I wanted 2 but they only had 1 (ugh!) forced to go back I encountered One employe who was so rude she basically threw bracelets on the counter when I asked to see one that wasn't bent and then just threw down my credit card after I gave it to her. Not personable. A real bitchy experience... Changes must be made at that location. In addition to the employees, less is more also when it comes to the fragrance.
